New characters announced for LEGO Marvel’s Avengers | SEENIT

The Lego game franchise is taking its second foray into the Marvel universe this winter with ‘Lego Marvel’s Avengers, ‘ and developer Traveller’s Tales is living up to its reputation of being able to cram tons of new characters into each of its games. That is no longer the case as various screenshots of the game have not only revealed Stan Lee as a playable character, but have also revealed three new characters: Crossbones, Sam Wilson as the All-New Captain America and America Chavez.

Stan Lee’s involvement in LEGO Marvel’s Avengers was shared during a panel at San Diego Comic-Con, with Warner Bros.

TT Games’ successor to 2013’s Lego Marvel Super Heroes, upcoming action-adventure game Lego Marvel’s Avengers, will feature an expanded cast with more than 100 new Marvel superheroes and villains, including a new Avenger: Iron Stan, aka Marvel publisher emeritus Stan Lee.

Adding Sam Wilson’s new Captain America outfit from the comics was an unexpected move as was the inclusion of America Chavez.

LEGO Marvel’s Avengers will be released in late 2015, and be available on the Xbox One, Xbox 360, Playstation 4, Playstation 3, Playstation Vita, Wii U, Nintendo 3DS and PC.
