‘Castle’ season 8 spoilers: ‘Caskett’s’ controversial breakup

Their decision, for better or for worse, has created a split between the fans of the show, as a few of them were dissatisfied with how the story line is progressing, especially for Nathan Fillion’s Richard Castle and Stana Katic’s Captain Kate Beckett.
For the next episode of “Castle”, the bestselling novelist slash private investigator will be dealing with the death of his favorite author, and with the help of his daughter slash assistant Alexis, they will find out who is really behind the murder.
As until now indicated, showrunners Alexi Hawley and Terence Paul Winter already said that followers can’t concern yourself because Rick and Kate won’t be apart forever.
“I asked them if they were high”, Fillion revealed during a panel The Paley Center for Media Saturday. “But as he and Beckett dig deeper, they discover that truth is stranger than fiction”.

This is why “Castle” season 9 would be very similar to the first few seasons of the show, with Castle stirring up trouble just to get Beckett’s attention, and Beckett trying to mask her fondness for Castle. Catch it on ABC at 10 p.m. on Monday, October 12.
