CAROLINE Flack has apparently broken her arm.

When the X Factor producers told Caroline Flack to break a leg before the start of the series, they didn’t mean it literally…

Caroline is due to present “The X Factor” live shows – judged by Simon Cowell, Nick Grimshaw, Rita Ora and Cheryl Fernandez-Versini – with Olly Murs in just over two weeks.

Caroline Flack suffered a painful-looking arm injury after falling off a bike today.

“Some things really don’t need to be shared on Instagram”, one wrote.

However, it appears the former Strictly Come Dancing victor has finally broken her silence on the shocking event with a gruesome picture of her “broken” arm on Instagram.

According to The Sun newspaper, Caroline was “rushed to hospital” after crashing her bike while riding at night.

Although we can’t but feel with a nasty injury like that Caroline is probably more anxious about getting herself on the road to recovery rather than dresses. She recently opened up about a terrifying stalker ordeal during filming for The X Factor.
