“Eventually, he goes to take out a zombie and it doesn’t go exactly as planned and he gets to have a conversation about it with a zombie who he is abducting, and we finally get to hear a bit about what’s in Major’s head”, Thomas revealed to THR.

You won’t watch 22 episodes of him forlornly going about this task”. But good-natured Major does not enjoy killing, and he will deal with its repercussions for a long time.

Citing first the spoiler report from Design&Trend.com, the showrunner teased that after what happened in the Season 2 premiere, which saw Major getting blackmailed by Vaughn, the former social worker will resort to something that will temporarily alleviate him from the secrets he has been keeping. At a certain point not too far down the road, she will have had enough and will confront him. That is one of the things we wanted to build towards that ultimately does give us a hefty dramatic scene with Liv and Major.
