Donald Trump to host ‘SNL’ November 7
Live from New York, it’s Donald Trump!
NBC’s Saturday Night Live has long parodied billionaire Donald Trump, but now the joke’s on them.
Presidential candidate Hillary Clinton popped in for just a cameo opposite Kate McKinnon’s version of Clinton. It’s the second time he has hosted the venerable comedy institution; he was on the show in April 2004. He appeared on the “Tonight Show” last month and has given interviews on “Meet The Press”.
Mr Trump has joked that his campaign has not had to spend a dime on advertisements because of the amount of media coverage his campaign has received. Despite the issues between Trump and NBC (Trump’s insensitive immigration comments leading to the split with NBC, Trump buying NBC out of the Miss United States of America pageant, being replaced on Celebrity Apprentice), Trump is now a ratings magnet.
