Need Help with Apple Music? Tweet to Apple
Apple has opened a brand new Twitter page dedicated to providing customer service to Apple Music users.
It has been a long while since the debut of Apple Music. Judging by the Account’s bio, users can be acquainted on queries and support between 6AM to 8PM PDT.
Regardless, it’s an interesting move, especially because there’s still not a dedicated Twitter page for the Apple brand proper yet. This is a well managed strategy that Apple has adopted for itself as well as Apple Music users. Users have all sorts of problems related to the music streaming service, with most of the early ones include iTunes Match mix-ups and issues related to subscription billing.
Apple’s new account has only written 98 tweets so far, and it’s still fairly unknown with just 1,838 followers.
Now that free trials are over, Apple are clearly very keen on convincing people to stick around and start paying for the service, and upping accessibility and support for it can only help with that.
Apple launched its music streaming service on June 30, after months of rumours and speculation.
Although Apple seldom acknowledges shoddy work, the company seems to be aware of these problems with Apple Music, and is taking steps to educate users. Now you can shout at Twitter.
While it’s good that Apple is going the extra mile to help Apple Music subscribers, we hope the company redesigns both its apps and the service to be easier to use and more reliable, thus making tutorial videos and Twitter support accounts unnecessary. Let us know how it goes in the comments.
