Cops: Man thrown out of NYC club fatally shoots 1, hurts 2
Two of the women were waiting for a cab outside Motivo nightclub on E. 21st Street exit near Fifth Avenue just after 4 a.m. when the gunman squeezed off at least eight shots and sped off in a dark-colored BMW, family and police sources said, according to the New York Post.
They had no further details.
The shooting followed a dispute earlier in the night involving the gunman, the security guards, and a party planner, according to cops.
After arguing with another patron, a man was booted out and told bouncers he’d come back with a gun, police said.
Police said Tuesday Jamison Dalone, of the Bronx, was arrested on murder, assault and criminal possession of a weapon charges.
Both of the women injured in the shooting were taken to Bellevue Hospital Center and are in stable condition.
After Jamison allegedly fled the scene, he posted a photo of himself and Faussette on his Instagram page. John Roca/for New York Daily News NYPD detectives escort Jamison to be booked on October 13. Faussett, 24, was fatally shot outside a Flatiron District club October 12, 2015.

One of the other shooting victims, Lauren Renee Rondot, who was shot in in the hip and foot, was in hospital when she was told her Fausset, her longtime best friend, did not survive.
Two other women were also hit.
