Prior to Monday morning’s news that the glitch had been resolved, Southwest had said it was still working to fix the problem. “We thank our Employees for their tireless efforts to take care of our Customers, and we appreciate our Customers’ patience as we work towards a solution”.
Fox Business shared that Emily Mitnick, who was flying to Detroit from Denver worldwide Airport, shared that she got there two hours early, but still missed her flight by about 15 minutes.
Furthermore, passengers with printed boarding passes were allowed to go, but those with passes on their cell phones were asked to wait in the line.
