Walmart Expands Online Grocery Shopping to 10 More Markets

The free service allows shoppers to do all of their grocery shopping online.

Anne Hatfield, a local spokeswoman for the giant retailer, says the way it works, is, you go to the web site and click the boxes of the items that you want.

“In the midst of all of your other errands or on the way home from work, swing in, have your groceries delivered right to your vehicle, and keep on going on”. Orders are placed from a PC or mobile device on Walmart.com/grocery where a pickup time is also scheduled. The free delivery service will start on Tuesday, October 20th.

Wal-Mart said today that Dallas-Fort Worth is its first Texas market where customers can order groceries online for free pickup at eight stores.
