Raid on Abortionist’s auto Reveals Containers of Human Tissue
A Detroit-area OB-GYN specialist is under police scrutiny after jars of apparent human tissue were found in his auto, leading many to wonder if the doctor was performing off-the-record abortions out of his vehicle.
Police allegedly found 14 unmarked containers of human tissue, medical equipment and large amounts of the painkiller Fentanyl in Roth’s vehicle.
The doctor’s name isn’t being released at this time because he isn’t facing charges. On top of the scandal of Planned Parenthood selling the body parts of aborted babies-and now this! When investigators opened the trunk they found plastic containers and medical equipment.
Police now confirm that based on initial analysis by the Oakland County Medical Examiner, 13 of the jars contain human tissue described as “remnants of performed medical procedures” and “products of conception”, but not fetuses.
Sources say they containers were not labeled and no medical records were in the auto. Sources tell us he is suspected in conducting illegal abortions and thus, is subject to this investigation. Michigan Right to Life told Life News that Roth was guilty of performing in-home abortions in 1998 and 1999.
AbortionDoc.org, an anti-abortion website that investigates doctors who perform abortions, has posted several public documents and court records naming the doctor, including a personal protection order filed by his wife in 2005; the disciplinary actions from 2004 and 2012; and three malpractice lawsuits and two reports involving two patients who died under the doctor’s care.
Police said the DEA was brought in on the raids to help with drugs.
“Just go away”, Roth responded, while attempting to shield his face with a jacket.
The driver, a West Bloomfield doctor, was traveling west down 14 Mile, near the intersection at Orchard Lake Road, when he struck a pedestrian, a Farmington Hills resident, who was also traveling west.
“I’d like to say that nothing surprises me anymore, but this is would be a very weird circumstance”, retired Federal Bureau of Investigation agent Bill Kowalski told ABC-7 Detroit on Tuesday.
