Munenori Kawasaki gives interview for the ages after ALDS win

Munenori Kawasaki may not be the biggest star on the Toronto Blue Jays, but reporters should flock to the infielder’s locker after every single game-because he gives awesome interviews.

Lost in the bat-flip controversy with Jose Bautista on Wednesday was the incredible postgame interview from infielder Munenori Kawasaki. Kawasaki looked confused for a moment before he began singing “A, B, C, D”.

Kawasaki, drenched in champagne, joined two TSN reporters in the midst of the Blue Jays’ celebration after their 6-3 Game 5 win over the Rangers to provide a few colorful quotes for us all.

The Jays open the ALCS against the Kansas City Royals on Friday night.

“We are never scared”. We want a Busch party, too. Just ca-throw. Just catch.

He was not done there.

“Yeah, I have two books, bro”, Kawasaki said before winking at the camera and walking away triumphantly.
