Bill Ordine is the author of a soon-to-be released book on daily fantasy, “Fantasy Sports, Real Money”. “As we look at gaming throughout Indiana and how we are going to further the business model, looking at maybe placing those types of daily fantasy services inside our gaming facilities”.
“That is a better PR message now and a better advertising message later”, he said. “We drive interest and engagement with their games”. The crux of the complaint is that users were promised a fair game, but instead had to compete against players with access to nonpublic information about optimal strategies and possibly real-time access to data about current and upcoming contests.
