After launching Live GIF, the app automatically displays your Live Photos album. The resulting file can then be shared anywhere, and the app provides a simple sharing mechanism for quick access to things like iMessage and Facebook. People using aforementioned platforms will only be able to view a still shot.

Also nifty is the app’s 3D Touch support, which includes a Quick Actions menu with one option. After opening, you’ll be greeted with all of the Live Photos on your device. Sharing is simple, so long as you are sending your Live Photo to someone using an Apple device.
