Bill Cosby makes sworn statement in Playboy Mansion case, says lawyer

A Massachusetts Federal Court said a libel case against comedian Bill Cosby is clear to move forward, despite the protestation of his legal team.

“Seeing her having the strength to come forward helped me tremendously”, said Jewel Allison, who claims she was drugged and assaulted by Cosby, after they were introduced through her modeling agent.

‘We came forward to say we’re using our voices to say this isn’t ok’.

Attorney Monique Pressley, who is the chief spokeswoman for Bill Cosby at present, refused to respond when she was requested to give her comments on the decision made by the judge.

Another former model, Lise-Lotte Lublin, said the group was the “safest, and most accepted” she could talk to.

Huth’s is the rare Cosby accuser’s case to make it to court.

Cosby, who performed a beloved father determine in the sitcom that ran for years on D.J.tv, beforehand gave a deposition in a Pennsylvania case that he ultimately settled out of courtroom nearly a decade in the past.

“We are looking for accountability, and we are not going to stop until we get it”, said Allred who now represents up to 26 accusers of Cosby, many of whom have allegations that fall out of the statutes of limitations.

Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Craig Karlan said on Thursday he would seal Cosby’s deposition at least until December, at which point he will decide which parts could be made public after reviewing the transcript, according to Allred.

“When you think about it, there’s no other crime where the victim is questioned more than the perpetrator”, McCarty said.
