A bear wandered down a high school hallway in Montana
Musson said the bear did no damage to the school.
Hey, where’s his hall pass?
Billings Gazette originally reported that the bear came in the building through an open garage door at 7:30 a.m., about an hour before school started.
As the bear sniffed around the hallway, students peeked out of their classrooms and took videos, Principal Kevin Conwell told the Bozeman Daily Chronicle. “They were keeping a good, safe distance”, Conwell said. His school day was cut short when he wandered out an exit and police officers helped him find his way back to the woods.
Once outside, the bear scampered off into a few woods near the school, never to be heard from again. “They were the ones that were pushing the bear out”. Nice try, bears, but that won’t cut it. Montana Fish, Wildlife and Parks spokesperson Andrea Jones said that the bear will be “monitored” should it ever return.
“He just left the building”. Its mascot is, unfortunately, not a bear, as that would have been too ironic for words. People who live in bear country can avoid problems by doing the following: • Keep trash cans inaccessible. There were no up-close personal interactions with the bear, he said. A pile of bear crap?
Stay away from humans, you animals. The bear appeared to have been chased off by the woman’s dog.
