Olivia Munn used ‘lube’ for X-Men: Apocalypse

Aside from Munn, “X-Men: Apocalypse” stars James McAvoy, Michael Fassbender, Jennifer Lawrence Nicholas Hoult, Lucas Till, Hugh Jackman, Sophie Turner, Alexandra Shipp, Lana Condor, Rose Byrne, Tye Sheridan, Kodi Smit-McPhee, Ben Hardy, Evan Peters, and Oscar Isaac, among others. Her skin-tight outfit was so hard to get on that she revealed she had to be covered in “lube” in order to step into the costume.

“They lubricate the costume, and they lubricate me… Two women lube me up”, Munn said to laughs from the audience. The actress, who plays Psylocke, revealed she wears a pretty skimpy bodysuit in the film, similar to the actual comic book character’s ensemble. The actress confirmed this as well, with the Mirror reporting how during her first day on set she was very excited to work with the entire cast, and then she just popped the crotch, breaking the latex. “The latex just broke”.

“Except for this part”, she continued, pointing to her chest.

And, of course, the 35-year-old bombshell was asked how she got into her tight latex costume while playing psychic ninja Betsy Braddock, a.k.a. Psylocke. It really doesn’t feel real.

“It’s one of the coolest things. It’s a very cliché thing to say, but it’s just a really surreal thing when you’re on set”, she gushed during a chat at the Entertainment Weekly Lounge at Comic-Con.
