Kerry is also expected to meet with Palestinian Authority Chairman Mahmoud Abbas and Jordan’s King Abdullah somewhere in the Middle East, possibly in Jordan.

Tareq Barghout, the lawyer of Ahmed Manasra, 13, disputes the intentions of a video that Israel released to worldwide media, which showed Manasra lying in an Israeli hospital while being fed and taken care of by Barghout. The alleged attacker, whose identity was not immediately known, was shot and killed.

Local media reported that it appeared an Eritrean man was accidentally shot by security forces after they mistakenly thought he was linked with the attacker.
The shooting attack on Sunday began when the Bedouin attacker, Mohannad Al-Oqbi, 21, shot Israeli soldier Sgt. Omri Levi, 19, point-blank with a pistol, police said.
Soroka University Medical Center said 10 shooting victims were brought for treatment Sunday night, including one who arrived showing no signs of life; two others who were seriously wounded; and the rest lightly-to-moderately wounded, mainly with injuries to their extremities.
