CW’s ‘The Originals’ Season 3 Spoilers: Klaus, Elijah Find Lucien’s Motives In

New spoilers for “The Originals” season three suggests that Lucien could try to betray Klaus while Hayley and Elijah attend a masquerade ball held by an ancient group of vampires known as the Strix.

Although The Originals left off the second season with Klaus having alienated his family and in particular his brother, Elijah, the two will have to work together in order to not only get answers as to why Lucien has actually shown up in New Orleans, but also to stop the ever-growing threat against the family.

The clip featured the Mikaelson brothers talking about the trouble that’s brewing in the Quarter.

On the other hand, Elijah urges caution especially since Lucien lied to his sire about the werewolf venom and they still don’t know his motives behind his visit to New Orleans. Klaus, Rebekah, and Elijah have always looked out for each other, “Always and Forever”, but when they are expecting that one of them will be killed by family, it’s hard for them to put any sort of trust in one another. Cami (Leah Pipes) is caught off guard when she finds herself face to face with Lucien and is surprised when he reveals a few unexpected information about his past with Klaus.

During the gala, Marcel meets a mysterious woman named Aya who makes him a tempting offer that he can’t refuse.

Meanwhile, the siblings will be rattled to learn of a growing threat when Elijah’s old friend arrives in the city. Well, take our word for it that we are going to get a chance to see a few very shocking stuff unfold during the next new episode.
