Woman charged after girl, 4, fatally struck by auto

A 4 year old child has died in Markham after he was struck by a vehicle at Fieldside Street and Riverwalk Drive.

A four-year-old girls succumbed to her injuries after she and her seven-year-old sister were struck by an SUV in Markham Thursday. “One of the children was rushed to hospital, the four-year-old, with life-threatening injuries”. “I saw the mom cradling (her) children”.
