St Helens X Factor contestant Kiera Weathers is through to live shows

I woke up on the morning of my performance with an terrible headache that got worse as the day went on.

When she first walked to the performing area at Rita’s mansion in Los Angeles, she was wearing a pair of black strappy pee-toe ankle boots but as the camera cut to another angle her shoes had disappeared.

KIERA Weathers is through to the live rounds of X Factor after judge Rita Ora chose the 18-year-old for one of three places on the girls’ team.

When asked what sets her apart, she said: “My distinctive style – my hair in particular”.

X Factor returns next Saturday on ITV at 8pm for the first of the live shows.

But, astonishingly, the singer has insisted that she was not a victim of child sex abuse.

The next Girl Rita picked for her final three was Lauren Murray. I wouldn’t compare myself to any of the other girls, none of us are like each other.

“I was 14 when I had my first relationship with a guy”, she recalled.

She said: “This year, I think it’s harder than ever to stand out because everyone in this category is just so strong. But I’m very much just myself when I perform, I’m a very normal girl, and I think people seem to relate to that”.

However the student, from Essex, hasn’t let her age hold her back so far in the competition.

‘I never thought it was actually a relationship, in all honesty, ‘ she revealed in an interview with an Australian publication.

“The X Factor’s Louisa Johnson has revealed she’s terrified she won’t make it to the Live Shows after being diagnosed with a wheat intolerance that affected her performance at Judges” Houses. I could get into those live shows and my life could flip on it’s head.
