Dennis Hof, the owner of the Love Ranch in Nevada, is reportedly threatening to go after Khloe Kardashian for the nearly $80,000 tab her husband Lamar Odom left behind after he accidentally overdosed during his stay. Odom was then transferred to the Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles so that he could receive specialized care. The Keeping Up with the Kardashians star’s attorney withdrew the couple’s divorce petition on Wednesday after Odom allegedly promised Kardashian he’d never do drugs again.

Through it all, Odom’s once estranged wife Khloe Kardashian has been by his side.

On Tuesday, Odom’s family said in a statement he was getting stronger and his health was improving.

And as he continues to get support from family and friends his fans have been backing him also – with a few taking to social media to offer their kidneys to the former basketball star. A clerk granted the request in such a way that the divorce papers can be refiled at a later date.
