Tom Holland Talks About His Spider-Man
In a new interview, Tom Holland shares his thoughts on the franchise and also addresses the injury he suffered on the Captain America: Civil War set.
“It was my own mistake”.
The actor said, “it’s impossible not to” take inspiration from Tobey Maguire and Andrew Garfield‘s takes on Spider-Man. Holland stated that he fell over and bashed his face in front of about two hundred crew members, but nothing serious happened about his condition since the accident.
Tom Holland, the third and most youthful Spider-man to grace the movies this decade, has been getting Asgardian advice.
Tom Holland, Marvel’s new Spider-Man, has talked about his role as Peter Parker and the injuries he sustained while filming for Captain America: Civil War. “There is obviously factors that I love, and I will continue to try and recreate, but I think the most important thing at the moment is making a film, which is obviously of the same character, but make a different and new and exciting movie”. It’s clear that Marvel, and their Spidey partner Sony, are going to great lengths to ensure that fans will only get their first look at the character when they see fit, and it only adds to the excitement of seeing Spidey mix it up with established big-screen Marvel heroes like Cap, Iron Man, and the like. Not many details have been revealed about the Spider-Man film but what’s confirmed is that Jon Watts will be directing the film.
He went on to explain that they filmed the scene anyway and it ended up looking great, although he suspects they’ll probably CGI out all the blood in post-production. Marvel Studios’ president Kevin Feige told Crave, that the character will pick-up by the time Civil War begins, where Parker already embodies Spider-Man.
