Salvation Army seeking holiday volunteers
The St. Cloud Salvation Army will begin its bell-ringing campaign November 13 at most locations in St. Cloud.
The Salvation Army believes that every child deserves to know the joy of a new toy or clothing at Christmastime.
The Salvation Army is looking to hire 75 of those jolly souls, and you could be one of them.
Angel Tree is a Christmas tradition for thousands of families in Central Virginia. The organization expects more than 2,000 children and families will apply for assistance through Angel Tree, Card-A-Teen, and Adopt-A-Family programs. Money raised helps hundreds of families and individuals for Christmas and also throughout the year, and will aid in providing families with rental and utilities assistance in their time of need.
But with 72 kettle locations in Louisville The Salvation Army will be adding a few paid seasonal help to ensure the bells keep ringing through Christmas Eve. Teams, clubs, groups, co-workers and families can easily sign up to help online or by calling Roxanne at 260-744-2311.
