Liam Payne, Sophia Smith split after two years

And now, to add to all the distress, Liam Payne and Sophia Smith have switched off their two-year long relationship.

According to the reports, Liam Payne was unable to go onstage being ill hours before their act. “He really hopes that everybody will respect both his and Sophia’s privacy and stop speculating”. The news was confirmed by a source who told People magazine that Payne and Smith have split up after a two year relationship.

“Liam is absolutely heartbroken because it was Sophia that dumped him”, another insider said.

The pair began dating in May 2013, but met much earlier when they were students in Wolverhampton when they were younger.

While it was announced Payne was sick, it has been claimed that he had a “complete meltdown” and suffered panic attack-like symptoms – causing the boy band to axe last week’s gig in Belfast at the last minute.

Payne shared how he used to see Smith at school and they would “kind of chat” together. I asked her sister for her number.
