Lakers waive Jabari Brown

Having attending two preseason games this year, World Peace creates a buzz throughout the arena that can not be explained. About a month later, Los Angeles signed him to a non-guaranteed veteran’s minimum deal, and now the 35-year-old has made the team. YahooSports revealed today that the Lakers decided World Peace was the correct answer all along. He shot just 27.3 percent overall and 11.1 percent from three in the preseason, so there’s little reason to expect him to provide much on the floor other than a few hard-nosed defense. However, Brown and the Lakers have not commented about his future.
