Huge Jordan Spieth moasic created using 24152 golf balls in Dallas
An image of Jordan Spieth is created with golf balls in downtown Dallas, Wednesday, October 28, 2015.
But they may have outdone themselves with this one.
You have seen him hoisting trophies, wearing green jackets, being serenaded by Miss Texas and photobombing PGA tour bystanders, but you’ve never seen him like this – recreated in 24,152 golf balls. It took 24,152 to be exact. The mosaic was made with nearly 25,000 Titleist golf balls and stretches across a massive piece of astroturf.
AT&T revealed the mural on social media by saying that Spieth’s season was a work of art. You can’t argue with that – or with the fact that is is an wonderful way to honor their new ambassador. Spieth was added as an AT&T sponsor in March of 2014 and upon winning The Masters, the company blasted out congratulations from social media to local billboards. In which case, I might need another mosaic to go up as soon as possible.
