NBC locks up Adele for 4 performances

Across the pond, the BBC will air a one-hour special in November, “Adele at the BBC”, of the British singer performing songs old and new.

Here’s the thing with Adele – she can be choosy about the appearances that she does and the TV shows she appears on because let’s face it, Adele’s promo does itself really.

Adele’s first concert in the USA since 2011 is getting the concert-special treatment.

American network NBC said that Adele will perform at New York’s Radio City Music Hall on November 17, taped for a later broadcast airing on December 14.

It’s been a busy month for Adele.

As far as promo in the US goes, Adele has booked a number of gigs.

The Grammy Award-winning artist is crossing the pond to sing live on TODAY November 25. It has already had more than 146 million hits online.

Adele continues to plot her global takeover in advance of her new album’s release, and NBC is happily lending a hand.
