Rupert Murdoch and Jerry Hall’s first public appearance sealed with a kiss
Rupert Murdoch and Jerry Hall celebrate with a kiss in the stands after Australia score their second try during the Rugby World Cup final.
Since September, Jerry Hall, 59, and Rupert Murdoch, 84, were rumoured to be seeing one another and now the duo have confirmed the claims, putting on an amorous display at the England verse Australia game at Twickenham on Saturday.
Australian-reared Murdoch and Hall were introduced to one another by his sisters and his niece, and the pair are said to have gotten to know one another better following a break spent in California and New York.
Once they had taken their seats, Murdoch and Hall posed for selfies, kissed and were affectionate with each other. However, Australia eventually lost out to New Zealand 17 to 34 to win the Rugby World Cup.
Ms Hall was married to the Rolling Stones frontman for nine years before they split in 1999.
Rupert parted ways from his third wife, Wendi Deng, in 2013.
Murdoch, 25 years her senior, is not such a surprising choice for her latest romance.
If they are dating, it is his first relationship since the end of his marriage.
The Telegraph reported a close family friend of the Murdochs confirming their couple status.
“He is very fond of her. There is no question that they are a couple”.
“Here we go! Come on Wallabies”, Minogue wrote after sharing a photograph of the pair, left, in the stadium.
Mingoue, 47, is believed to have met Sasse, 20 years her junior, on the set of the film series Galavant in September.
