Trump releasing plan aimed at improving veterans’ care

“The plan will ensure our veterans get the care they need, wherever and whenever they need it”, he said, speaking in front of the USS Wisconsin in Norfolk, Virginia.
The VA has become a frequent target of both Republicans and Democrats, having been plagued by scandal in recent years over long wait times for veterans seeking medical care and falsified records by VA employees to cover up delays.
“When we need help, really at the bottom of the barrel, I don’t know where we would be without him”, said Vincent McGowan, one of the leader’s of New York’s Vietnam Veterans Plaza, referring to Trump.
