Site releases photos of Greg Hardy’s accuser from night of alleged attack
The charges were expunged from Hardy’s record.
On May 13, 2014, Hardy was arrested when an argument between him and his girlfriend resulted in both parties placing calls to 911.
Hardy was later convicted by a judge in North Carolina – but the Dallas Cowboys star appealed and the case was thrown out when the victim refused to cooperate. “None of it really made much sense”. “His pupils were tiny”, she said. He’ll play inside. They’ll stem him at times. “When he loosened his grip slightly, I said, “Just do it. Kill me”. In the song, he can be heard lashing out at his “haters” and brags that he’ll never get “played” by a woman ever again.
According to Holder, the volatile NFLer, who frequently goes up against opponent’s best and biggest blockers, had tossed her against a tiled wall, thrown her on a futon and choked her out until she begged him to “kill me so I don’t have to”, Deadspin reported.
Later, as Holder said she was held by her former boyfriend’s personal assistant, she said Hardy called 911, showed her the phone, and said, “Run, little girl”.
“I don’t fight”, Hardy said. “I don’t even fight dudes”. Afterward, Hardy, Holder, and several other people were back at Hardy’s apartment when Holder claims Hardy snapped and began yelling at her.
“You didn’t break a fingernail, did you?”
Hardy told reporters he was ready to “come out guns blazin'”, despite being accused and once found guilty of throwing his then-girlfriend onto a pile of guns. He appealed, seeking a jury trial, but 11220082 when Holder, the accuser, stopped cooperating with authorities. Everything was slated to start fresh in February 2015 in Mecklenburg County Superior Court.
The 48 photos were not previously public, but the National Football League viewed many of them earlier this year during an investigation into the allegations against Hardy. Hardy and the Cowboys will be featured in primetime during one of the NFL’s marquee games this weekend when they take on the Philadelphia Eagles on Sunday night. Court documents obtained by Deadspin depict one encounter between Holder and police on May 12, 2014. “The state granted access to the 7 photos”.
So, I hope the Dallas Cowboys organization isn’t gutless and acts like something has now changed.
