HTC One A9 commercial takes a few shots at Apple
HTC VP of product management Mo Versi tweeted that the update is now live.
So if you have been wanting to shift to Android but like the Apple design more, the HTC One A9 may be a good bridge phone for you. The software is developed by HTC not Google, so it’ll probably move on soon. However, no dates were included in the list, leaving users no choice but to wait for when the update will be coming to their smartphones.
The 87-second spot posted to YouTube seems to present the HTC One A9 as a chance for mobile users to break free of the identikit iPhone culture.
After discovering what HTC is up to last week, today we saw the company taking the first step in the age of Android 6 by releasing the highly-anticipated update on one of its high-end terminals: the HTC One M8.
Now, this is the second time that HTC has thrown a jab at the world’s most valuable company, through the depiction of its advertisement, where the Taiwanese smartphone maker shows off the nifty features of its latest smartphone.
The Android Marshmallow update for the Google Play Edition of the HTC One M8 has been released as an over the air update and it should be available for your device as of now, you can check to see if it is available from the settings menu. According to the report, the Android Marshmallow update came in at 454.4 MB, with all the bells and whistles that the Android Marshmallow is supposed to be featured with. The kinda ironic thing about it though is that this new smartphone from HTC has been described as identical to the iPhone 6 but of course running on the Android platform.
