Several New Photos Released For Jessica Jones
The series – based on the Marvel Comics series Alias created by Brian Michael Bendis and Michael Gaydos – drops November 20 on the Netflix streaming service.
The Jessica Jones TV show looks set to skip the superhero phase and follow Jones’ work as a P.I.in New York’s Hell’s Kitchen, where she will be dealing with a few of the city’s most risky elements. To help pass the time, Netflix has released 30 photos from this highly-anticipated series, which give us a fresh look at the title character (Krysten Ritter) along with Trish Walker (Rachael Taylor), Jeryn Hogarth (Carrie-Anne Moss), Malcolm (Eka Darville), Kilgrave (David Tennant), Luke Cage (Mike Colter) and Will Simpson (Wil Traval).
The second episode, titled “AKA Crush Syndrome”, will require Jessica to prove the innocence of her client named Hope (Erin Moriarty) even if she has to go back to her own troubled past. But Jessica thinks she’s found a weapon to use against Kilgrave.
“AKA Ladies Night”: Jessica Jones is hired to find a pretty NYU student who’s vanished, but it turns out to be more than a simple missing persons case.
Over the course of the first season, it appears as if Jessica will try to push Luke away and that is probably because she is afraid Kilgrave will kill him if he gets too close to her.
Aside from Jessica’s romance with Luke, another Marvel character could show up in the season one finale.
“AKA Take a Bloody Number”: The hunt for Kilgrave reunites Jessica with Luke.
“You’re right, I was doing comedy or doing drama, and this is an opportunity to do both and then action on top of it. I mean, it’s a great part, man. It’s like the coolest part in television that’s been available to me or not available to me”.
Early this week, SpoilerTV released the leaked list of all the 13-episode synopses for the upcoming superhero series.
