Ruby Rose, Peter Stormare & More Join The Cast Of JOHN WICK 2

They will be joining the previously-announced returnee Winston (Ian McShane) and new addition Common (Smokin’ Aces) playing the sequel’s main villain, the head of security for a female crime lord. Details on the other new characters played by Rose, Stormare, and Riccardo Scamarcio (Burnt) have not been revealed.
Expect a string of updates to find their way online over the coming weeks and months as development heats up on John Wick 2. Oh, and the fact that the adorable pet’s killing comes relatively soon after the dead of Wick’s wife probably has something to do with his general bad attitude. Derek Kolstad, who scripted John Wick, has also penned the sequel. Though he stepped away from directing duties, it’s understood the latter will remain attached to produce the follow-up, while Basil Iwanyk is also in line to produce on behalf of Thunder Road.
Filming is already under way in NY City, with the production scheduled to move to Rome after the first of the year.
