But for the first time this debate season, candidates will not make opening statements, and they’ll have more time to explain their arguments.
Rubio’s campaign tried to get ahead of a few expected challenges in the debate by releasing two more years of charge card statements from his time as a state lawmaker. A spirited debate broke out between Donald Trump, who wants to send millions of undocumented immigrants home, and John Kasich and Jeb Bush, who said that plan is unrealistic and too costly. What I do have a problem with is being lied about.
Those who have followed Trump may have been assuming that Trump will take aim mainly at the other candidate who has been threatening his frontrunner status in the poll numbers.
