Former Chelsea hero blames two players for Jose Mourinho’s struggles
Falcao and Costa are both struggling to play their roles this season, with the Colombian global scoring only a single goal in nine appearances while the Spanish striker only has two goals in seven games for Mourinho so far.
José Mourinho tutored Chelsea to the Premier League title last term and they won it with three games to spare, but the things have gone from good to bad and, even worse, this term as the Blues are now mired in 16th position after 12 league games this term.
The lack of creativity and killer instinct in the final third are certainly issues, as is the defence which has conceded with much greater regularity than compared to recent years. We trust a lot in him.
“Those of us who have been most criticised are Hazard, Diego Costa and myself, but you get used to it”, Fabregas added.
The midfielder defended himself and said on COPE: “Someone invented that I was the one who leaked dressing room secrets”.
But he insists he and Chelsea are giving everything to try and get their season back on track.
“But Jose Mourinho is a victor; when he loses he goes home p****d off like I do”.
“When it starts to be too many discussions and too many rumours, then it is very hard to turn it round”.
According to the report, Mourinho’s job as manager is not in danger unlike the rumors that he will be sacked because of the Blues’ poor performance.
“I have dignity and I had to defend myself”.
“The level of play at Chelsea does not correspond with the results, but I’m certain that we will improve”. When the results aren’t coming everything is negative and everything looks bad.
After slumping to their third consecutive defeat in the Premier League for the first time, since Russian billionaire Roman Abramovich took over, Chelsea FC are reportedly looking at other options to replace manager Jose Mourinho.
