Jeb Bush: Would I kill baby Adolf Hitler? ‘Hell yeah!’

The question arose during an interview with the Huffington Post when the interviewer asked Bush what was the funniest or most freakish email he had received at his jeb@jeb2016.org address, where the question was first asked. Bush told HuffPost. “You gotta step up, man”.

On killing Hitler, Bush did acknowledge the complexities of the hypothetical scenario. It could have a unsafe effect on everything else, so …

The question apparently came up after the NY Times Magazine asked readers, “If you could go back and kill Hitler as a baby, would you do it?”

To underline the point, the younger brother of former President George W Bush tweeted out a link to the article, commenting: “Gotta do it”.

Social media greeted Mr Bush’s theoretical infanticide with a wave of criticism.
