The original Pokémon games are coming to the Nintendo 3DS
Expect 3DS versions of Pokémon Red, Yellow and Blue from 27 February 2016.
Players can trade and battle their Pokemon wirelessly; this was not possible for the original games, which required a cable for multiplayer functionality.
Nintendo had a number of different Pokemon games to show off during this morning’s Nintendo Direct briefing, but chief among them were the games that started them all – Pokemon Red, Blue, and Yellow.
Elia Pales owns pretty much every single product Nintendo puts out, and due to his impulsive tendencies, he also tends to purchase every gaming product put out in general.
Almost a year after its last release, three more games will come to the 3DS Virtual Console.
Nintendo has made an announcement today that will excite Pokemon fans.
These titles will preserve the original games in all their black and white, pixelated glory….though we don’t have high hopes that MissingNo or Glitch City will make an appearance.
