Akhil’s Remuneration for his first movie?

Akkineni Akhil’s debut film Akhil – The Power of Jua was released yesterday, the 11 of November opened with a bang on its opening day.

As per the reports, Akhil- The Power of Jua collected Rs 9 Cr at the worldwide box office and it also marked a record of crossing the Alludu Seenu which is a debut movie of Producer Bellamkonda Suresh’s son Srinivas.

Akhil movie makers expected Rs 5-7 Cr on the second day of the release, This film is produced by Actor Nithin along with his father Sudhakar Reddy under Sreshta Movies Banner. This maybe because of the mid week release but the talk among the public is also not encouraging.

Akkineni fans should be elated with this start but the trend on day 2 is not up to the mark. There are huge expectations on Akhil movie box office collections. In Tamil this movie clashes with Kamal Hassan’s “Thoongavanam” and Ajith’s “Vedalam” movies. Akhil is coming from star family and he was well trained in many film schools to learn dances, fights and action. The film has been released in over 700 cinema halls in Telangana and Andhra Pradesh, 150 + theaters in other parts of India and 250+ screens in foreign countries. Overall movie was released in 1100 screens across Globe. The movie has registered an average of 85% of occupancy in single screens and multiplexes screens for the first day.
