Simply put Marco Rubio took control of the stage multiple times. Sen. Senator, welcome back to the program.

Because Rubio wasn’t just wrong in his first principles: He was wrong on the facts. They would have to meet the criteria of the merit-based system. They would have to wait in line behind everyone who’s applied before them.

“I personally did not handle his American Express card, or anybody else’s”.

RUBIO: Well, a green card – you can’t apply for citizenship. Ultimately he would still allow people here illegally to qualify for citizenship, but only after 15 years. If E-Verify were made universal and mandatory (it’s voluntary now), undocumented workers would be exposed and their employers would be required to fire them.

Sadly, a Republican who likes EDM is not the most ludicrous comment coming out of the GOP in recent weeks.

The tension first began to bubble during the CNBC debate in October when Bush went after Rubio for his lack of experience and for missing votes in the Senate. Philosophy majors generally make a lot more money than welders. If you lower those wages, that comes down. We have to have a process.

RUBIO: Yeah, unfortunately, that’s a part of politics. Of course, we’re prepared for it. It’s unfortunate. “He has a great command of foreign policy and and he has a real vision for the future that I believe will resonate with younger voters who may not have a candidate from either party”, Oddie responded. Then in an interview with CNN’s Jake Tapper on “The Lead”, Cruz referred to Rubio as “formidable” among the field’s moderate candidates, a backhanded compliment to Rubio who rose in 2010 with tea party support. And that’s something I feel fully prepared for.
