Another round of rain expected Thursday afternoon
SATURDAY NIGHT: Mostly clear skies and cold temperatures will continue Saturday night, with a low temperature of 30 degrees. On Thursday, high temperatures will warm into the mid 70s, due in part to breezy southwest winds between 10 and 20 miles per hour. Computer model data has been trending toward a path that would bring more rain to the area. Very little, if any, rain is expected with the front, but winds will pick up slightly and noticeably cooler air will move in. Partly sunny, with a high near 51. Thirdly, we’ll have strong winds passing over the Great Lakes and then into our skies.
Monday: Mostly sunny, increasing clouds late. Chance of precipitation is 60 percent. We will again experience temperatures in the mid 30s Sunday morning with dry skies in the forecast.
Saturday night: Clear with lows in the upper 20s. For much of CT, NOAA is forecasting a greater than 33% chance for a mild winter.
Monday: A 40 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms.
Friday Night: Northeast winds 10 to 15 knots. A high of 78 degrees is expected, and the humidity will also increase.
SUNDAY: Cloudiness will begin streaming in from the west, but rain chances will remain absent from the forecast.
