South Florida mansion hits market for $159 million
Miami-based architect and interior designer Denio Madera, who handled the home’s interior design, said Le Palais Royal was inspired by the Palace of Versailles and other European castles. Represented by William PD Pierce’s flawless Property Purchases, and as their website tells us, this $159 million listing offers a lifestyle few even dare to dream of; the 11 bedrooms and 17 bathrooms are just the beginning.

Billionaire owner Jeff Greene later knocked million off the asking price, said The Los Angeles Times.
Now under construction, new additions like multiple guesthouses and an underground entertainment complex are almost complete.
The home north of Fort Lauderdale has a 30-car garage, his and hers yacht docks and features a beach only accessible to the public by boat. Opulent details flow throughout, and it’s the only home in the United States to have a privately-licensed IMAX theater, which is capable of seating 18 guests. Mayi de la Vega of One Sotheby’s global Realty is the listing agent.
It was overshadowed this year by a 0-million Bel Air spec home being called the “most expensive mansion in history”. The combined property has about 4.4 acres. But that’s nothing compared to the $455 million asking price of Pierre Cardin’s iconic Bubble Palace in the south of France or the projected $500 million mega-mansion now under construction in Los Angeles.
