No longer a given that Florida will support Rubio or Bush
For two days, central Florida will be the center of the political univrese as 13 Republicans runnning for President will decend upon an Orlando resort to make their case directly to voters.
Front runners like Donald Trump and Ben Carson get the stage Friday.
The SC senator says he would require those living here illegally to take an English exam, pay a fine and pass a criminal background check to remain in the U.S.
Bush’s remarks may as well have been directed at his younger GOP rivals, Marco Rubio and Ted Cruz.
Huckabee, Bush, Trump and Carson are all set to speak today in that order. “This place was empty”, Trump said.
Trump also pledged that the wall he will construct across the Mexico border will prove an effective deterrent to illegal immigration.

It’s no longer a safe assumption that one of Florida’s two most popular Republicans will carry the presidential primary in their home state, as most of the GOP candidates turned their attention Friday to the state’s winner-take-all primary.

On stage shortly before noon, Rubio played to his charismatic strengths in a 25-minute speech. “I don’t come from wealthy and politically connected parents”. He defended the fact that he has one of the worst voting records in the Senate because of his constant campaigning. “I will outwork anybody running for president”.
“I want someone who will keep jobs in America, fix our budget and the $19 trillion deficit”, said Temple, who wore Trump and Bush campaign buttons on his shirt.
