Justin Bieber says like Amy Winehouse ‘people keep pushing him down’
He also said that he wants people to remember that he is human, just like everyone else.
Goal contains hit singles Where Are You Now?, Sorry and What Do You Mean? and is the Canadian’s first album since 2012’s Believe – with the exception of his dedicated Christmas album.
The “What Do You Mean” crooner has tried to build his life back with the help of Christian mentors and friends Pastors Carl Lentz and Judah Smith, but in the music front, Bieber has Kanye West to rely on to. “Our hearts are breaking for and with you”, and boyband One Direction released a statement, which reads, “We would like to send our thoughts and condolences to those who have been affected by the heartbreaking tragedy in Paris this weekend”. The lyrics are obviously directly related to Bieber’s life, which he relates to a movie.
A judge ordered him to undergo anger management courses for throwing eggs at his neighbour’s home in a glitzy section of Los Angeles, while in Argentina another judge dropped a bid to arrest Bieber for allegedly assaulting a photographer.
And just how sorry is Bieber? “He got out of that teen pop sound”.
Six months ago, no one could have predicted that Justin Bieber would have one of 2015’s best albums.
While objective is musically sound, it’s lyrics aren’t exactly introspective. Bieber’s breathy track “Children” consists of unlikely, if unspecific, social activism as he sings, “What about the children?” Look at Usher. His 2012 album Looking 4 Myself is an excellent thermometer for where mainstream R&B was at the time: deathly afraid of being overtaken by dance music. He reflects in his past and all of the ways he has put himself out there.
Clearly, between Selena’s new record, Resurrection, Intention, and Justin’s new record, the two are about to have a few seriously jam packed programs, and best regarding how Selena and JB will make time!
Wait, you’re saying. You’ve listened to these songs the entire way through instead of just the snippets I’ve selected and you’ve watched the daytime television interviews. But they’ve gotten great at playing up the contrast between their voices, letting Niall Horan’s cutesy high voice in a verse lead into Harry Styles crooning through a chorus in his huskier tone.
But fighting talk began when he realised the Number 1 Album throne could be threatened by the “Perfect” band. Maybe his board will make an appearance on the objective tour?!
Justin feels many of his problems have been caused by the way he is portrayed in the media.
“The Feeling” featuring Halsey might be one of the most highly anticipated tracks on goal.
