U2 cancels concert in Paris tonight, offers tributes to victims of terrorist
It was one of several sites in Paris targeted by terrorists, whose rampage throughout the city resulted in a death toll that stands at 129.
The members of the American rock band Eagles of Death Metal were able to escape the Paris concert venue where their performance was interrupted by a terror attack that killed dozens of concertgoers. “I can’t wait until we get back to Paris”. We are safe. Mikel Ross, Eric McFadden we were with your mates Jesse, Tuesday, the other musicians outside, they’re safe too, they took a cab’.
Walkden South councillor Iain Lindley said: “The Eagles of Death Metal played a show in Manchester only a couple of weeks ago”. Over 120 people were killed in the attacks and over 350 were injured.
“When you think about it, the majority of victims from last night’s attacks were music fans. This is the first direct hit on music that we’ve had in this so-called War on Terror or whatever it’s called”, Bono said.
Eagles of Death Metal performed in Nashville on September 24 at Cannery Row before the band embarked on their European tour, which is scheduled to go through mid-December.
Friday night was too chilled and people among the region were very eager to watch the biggest event of the year i.e. the soccer match between the two legend’s named France national soccer team and archival Germany team. “Our thoughts are with all of the people involved in this tragic situation”, management for Eagles of Death Metal posted on the band’s Facebook page late Friday. This could be me at a show.
After seeing this incident happened in Paris, U2 members were chose to postpone the concert, which is to be held on Saturday night.

Let us pray and hope that all in Paris are safe and come out from the aftereffects of this great tragedy. They told everybody pretty much to stay indoors and don’t go out, because they’re still-everything is still unfolding as we speak.
