Tamar Braxton forced to withdraw from ‘DWTS’ for health issues
Up to date: 08:57 EST, 11 November 2015 Tamar Braxton has dropped out of Dancing With The Stars resulting from grave health considerations. “You mean the world, to Tamar and I. God bless you”.
Although she initially thought she had pneumonia, doctors found blood clots in her lungs, subsequently diagnosing her with pulmonary embolism. Her caption indicated she was back in the DWTS fold but had mixed emotions, so she probably wasn’t rehearsing a new number.
“Happy Veterans Day!!! THANK YOU @alekskarlatos!!!” #Hero!!! So insane stopping by Los’ rehearsal today! Turns out, it was way more serious. She danced through her diagnosis during the show’s dance-off segment, but despite almost earning a flawless score, her new medical discovery has forced her to withdraw from the competition. The entertainer had been suffering from pneumonia for the past two weeks.
So, that means only four couples remain on the show, which is the normal amount for Finals Week! Watching his wife being ousted from the show left Carlos PenaVega in tears.
The singer/reality star/talk show host recently took to her Instagram to explain to fans why she was quitting DWTS, and also revealed that she was ending her tour early to get her health back in shape. I don’t blame Tamar for dancing but I would blame Dancing with the Stars if they didn’t bring Alexa back now.
Sadly, after a breakthrough on the dance floor and redeeming herself from the previous week, it was Alexa who was set home.
So on top of everything else Nick needed to know and didn’t learn due to their lack of rehearsals, he had to really put her first and assume that responsibility. Dancing with the Stars isnt exactly known for being a cakewalk for contestants. Plus, injuries have even sidelined a few of the professional dancers, before. Despite missing most of the show, she was not eliminated from the competition after making a dramatic, last-minute return 20 minutes before the end of the broadcast and participating in a group performance with Nick Carter.
