CBS substitutes episodes for two TV shows after Paris attacks
(Nov. 16) have been replaced with completely totally different episodes.
In addition, CBS is also holding back an episode of NCIS: Los Angeles called “Defectors” because it revolves around ISIS, the terrorists responsible for the Paris attacks, recruiting new members for their cause. The new episode, “The Long Goodbye”, focuses on the search for a missing woman that LL Cool J’s Sam Hanna character helped earn asylum in the U.S. Weve known for a while that Livewire would be a big addition this season, and CBS even signed onTrue Blood actress Brit Morgan for the iconic role.
Monday’s planned episode of NCIS: LA was about the team searching for a teenage girl who has been recruited by a terrorist organization.
CBS did not say when the episodes that were pulled would run. The bombs in Supergirl and the actual terrorism plotline on NCIS: LA both are pretty strong episodes in the wake of the attacks that occurred over the weekend, killing 129 people. Find out more about the Supergirl episode delayed below. LA will be airing its December 7th episode tomorrow instead.
Supergirl is not the only series with a schedule change for Monday.
