Trump questions Carson’s ‘pathological temper’, faith
Republican presidential contender Donald Trump may be near the top of the polls, but continues his race to the bottom when it comes to civility. “Over time, that will take a toll – I hope”. “That’s what the people of America are concerned about: not so much politics as usual, [but] politics of personal destruction”.
During the debate, Carson said of Syria: “You know, the Chinese are there, as well as the Russians, and you have all kinds of factions there”. “We’re going to build that wall”.
Trump even re-enacted Carson’s claim that he attempted to stab a friend during his adolescence and blasted Carson’s claims and character as “pathological”. He referred to “pathological anger” again in telling about lunging at his friend, the knife blade breaking off when it hit the boy’s belt buckle. “You’re going to be successful”.
“How stupid are the people of Iowa?” declared Trump during a rally at Iowa Central Community College. Trump said. “How stupid are the people of the country to believe this crap?”
“It’s in the book that he’s got a pathological temper”, Trump said. Part of Trump’s attack was saying there’s “no cure” for being a child molester. As an example: child molesting.
“If you’re pathological there’s no cure for that folks. You don’t cure the child molester”.
Mr. Trump’s view of the world is really pretty delusional when you look at it. He has no idea what he’s talking about.
At the same time, Trump has questioned Carson’s accounts of a violent youth that led him to Christ.
It was not specified what Carson’s prayer would be for Trump, but I have a hunch this is the music he will be playing at the prayer service.
In an interview on CNN’s “Erin Burnett Out Front”, Trump said that based on Carson’s 1990 memoirs entitled “Gifted Hands”, his fellow presidential aspirants seems to have “a pathological temper”. I don’t need them anymore.
Graham said he believes Trump had a meltdown. There’s only one cure, we don’t to talk about that cure. The video then cuts away to a person who claimed to know Carson as a teen questioning the veracity of the stories.
Carson aide Armstrong Williams said he had spoken to the candidate about Trump’s harsh remarks and was just told, “Pray for him”.
Trump’s supporters said, though, they like his tough mannerisms.
“Obviously, [Trump] only wants to be on the stage by himself, crowned the nominee and running against the eventual Democratic nominee”, Williams said.
“It is so immature”, he added.
