Jason Kelce: ‘That was the worst game of my entire career’

The Dolphins could go a long way to making it possible with a win over Philly.

Breaking down the first half of the Philadelphia Eagles-Miami Dolphins tilt.

The Eagles will try to keep pace in the NFC East with a win over non-conference foe Miami today at 1:00PM ET. But whichever one it was, the cover-up explanations had the same intent: To dismiss the notion that 10 weeks into the season, in a game the Eagles were leading by 13, their backup quarterback was ill-adapted to complete the project.

The Eagles started to click last week, which makes things very interesting because they were coming off of their bye week. Then, they drew holding penalty after holding penalty to disrupt Eagles’ drives.

-I like that the Eagles finally played a game at 1 p.m.so that I can write this on Sunday and not have to wait until Monday or Tuesday morning. Their first drive of the second half featured the run game and of course more misdirection, but unfortunately their plan yielded just one first down. After hosting the Dolphins, the Eagles be at home against the Buccaneers before playing their next two on the road against the Lions and Patriots. Big play. 2 plays later Sanchez throws a crippling interception looking for Austin in the end zone.

“I have to do better”, Sturgis said.

“I think I was ready to throw the ball a couple of times and was anticipating a certain look”, Sanchez said. Murray did not seem to care of the down and distance as he took the next carry 20 yards for another Eagles first down. When you watch kind of the kicks he has missed, there are a few reasons for it like snap and hold. By tomorrow, I have to forget and move on.
