Miami’s Ndamukong Suh apologizes to his mom for curse
Ndamukong Suh’s mother watched his most recent game on TV and didn’t like what she saw – or heard.
Dolphins defensive tackle Ndamukong Suh’s potty mouth was on full display during Miami’s 33-17 loss at Buffalo on Sunday.
“I owe my mother an apology for swearing on TV and in public”, Suh said. “You gotta call that dead, or I’m gonna slam the f*** out of him next time”, he said.
But he does feel bad this his mom heard an f-bomb.
“I will apologize to my mother”, Suh said.
Suh had a reason to be upset about the play in question: Suh wrapped up Tyrod Taylor and held him up, thinking he had stopped Taylor’s progress. Suh held on to Taylor for a while, and the QB eventually threw the ball out of the way.
“No, but I will apologize to my mother”, he said. Buffalo actually had one more third-down chance because Campbell accepted a holding call on the previous play, and the Bills went to the air again.
When they did, Taylor hit Sammy Watkins for a 44-yard touchdown, a touchdown that probably should have never happened.
Miami’s soft up front despite the presence of Suh, a three-time All-Pro tackle and the highest-paid defensive player in National Football League history.
Suh, who ended the game with one sack after having that one negated and another wiped out by penalty, had that play and one other submitted to the league for review/clarification by interim coach Dan Campbell.
