Lenovo Vibe X3 Smartphone Set for November 16 launch; Details!
Lenovo is going to hold a press event on November 16, and the smartphone maker will feature its upcoming Lenovo Vibe X3 and Lenovo Vibe X3 Lite equipped with a 21 MP camera and a fingerprint scanner.
The Lemon X, also known as the Vibe X3 was spotted in Tenna listing which revealed the specifications of the device ahead of its launch. Running Android 5.1.1 Lollipop, the smartphone will house 5.5-inch full HD (1080p) display and come with a 5.5-inch full-HD display.
For the camera, the Tenaa listing shows there will be a 21-megapixel rear camera with dual-LED flash while an 8-megapixel front camera will also be on board. Now talking about memory storage, it comes with 32GB internal memory which can be extended with a microSD.
Other noticeable feature in the front panel is the speaker grille design of the dual-front speakers on the Lenovo Vibe X3 aka “Lemon X”.
The new electronic is made with a metal frame. At the back, there is a fingerprint sensor, just below the camera module. The device supports 4G and is backed by a 3300mAh battery. But so far with the leaked specs, it looks like the “Lenovo Vibe X3” would like to compete with the mainstream photography focused smartphones, i.e. the “Sony Xperia Z5” series and “HTC Desire Eye”. “The phone is likely to have connectivity options with support for 4G LTE, Bluetooth and WiFi”. The CPU is clocked at 1.3GHz and there’s only 2GB of RAM and 16GB of storage, expandable yet again.
The other phone that will be introduced is the Lenovo Vibe X3 Lite, which is similar to the first phone in terms of design but will have different specs. Its rear camera will only be 13 megapixels, while its selfie camera will be a 5 megapixel shooter. Battery capacity is also lower at 3,300 mAh. After weeks of speculation, Lenovo has announced that it will launch Lenovo Vibe X3 in China on November 16, i.e., on Monday. It will, however, have the same screen size as the Lenovo Vibe X3.
The company has been coming out with several updates over the recent years, and especially after the acquisition of Motorola, they have become a much bigger force in the markets, and have gained a major business goodwill.
